Trains to and from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

Passengers arriving at Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) can select from various ground transportation options, including rental cars, taxis, rideshares, buses, and hotel shuttle services.

The Inwood/Love Field Station (Rail Station) is on the southwest corner of Inwood Road and Denton Drive in Dallas, Texas, about 2 miles away.

The DART Love Link 524 bus runs between Dallas Love Field and Inwood/Love Field Station, connecting the airport to the DART Rail Green and Orange lines.

Inwood/Love Field Station (DART Rail System)

  • Dallas Area Rapid Transit owns and operates DART, the light rail system serving the metropolitan area of Dallas, Texas (DART).
  • In the Oak Lawn neighborhood, the Inwood/Love Field Station is closest to the airport and serves the Green Line and Orange Line.
  • The station opened in December 2010 as part of the Green Line's expansion and provided service to Dallas Love Field via bus route 39.

The DART Rail system consists of 65 stations in downtown Dallas, South Dallas, South Oak Cliff, West Oak Cliff, the North Central Expressway Corridor to North Dallas, Richardson, and Plano, the Northeast Corridor to Garland and Rowlett, the Northwest Corridor to Farmers Branch and Carrollton, the Southeast Corridor to Pleasant Grove, and the Northwest Corridor to Irving and DFW Airport.

  • At all train stations, Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) are on the platforms. Cash and credit cards at machines.
  • The AM/PM Pass costs $3, and the Local Day Pass costs $6.

Passengers are picked up and dropped off on the street level below the rail platform by Bus Route 55.

The DART Rail Green and Orange Lines run seven days a week from Inwood/Love Field Station near Dallas Love Field.

The Green and Orange Lines direct service to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Irving, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, northeastern Dallas, Downtown Dallas, and the Fair Park neighborhood.

Passengers can change to the Red or Blue Lines in Downtown Dallas to reach Richardson, Plano, Garland, Rowlett, and southern Dallas.

Those heading west towards Fort Worth can change trains at Victory Station to the Trinity Railway Express.

Please remember that you must purchase a regional fare if you intend to travel further west than Centreport/DFW Airport Station.
